Why Reformer "Plus" Pilates?
We added the "Plus" to highlight the fact that your workout, while Pilates based, may take you on and off the Allegro 2 Reformer to incorporate some of the other Pilates accessories in the studio. This could include but not limited to… Pilates based exercises using the Bosu, foam roller, light weights, mat or possibly adding a section of the MOTR workout into the class. The possibilities are endless! If we weren't constantly changing and evolving workouts to fit our clients needs... we would not be FLUX!
