If you are new to Pilates Reformer, you may join any Group Class. We teach our classes to all levels, yes, including beginners!! New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before their class or appointment to let us help you get acquainted with the studio and to fill out new client forms.
You may also request a Private Pilates Session (as available) before joining the group reformer classes. We currently have a waitlist for Private Sessions, please email us to join the list email@example.com ALL CLIENTS
Tips to Come Prepared!! All clients should arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class to help us stay on schedule and start class on time.We ask that you bring your own water, & towel.
Pilates Reformer - *IN SESSION* NOTE:CLASSES ARE OUTDOORS PER COVID Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, if possible something that is not too loose to allow instructors to see your form. Shoes and socks are not needed for Pilates. Pilates socks with grip are REQUIRED - we sell many styles and brands at Flux.
We hope to resume TRX Classes and Peloton when we are allowed to instruct classes indoors
TRX - *NOT CURRENTLY IN SESSION* PER COVID Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, if possible something that is not too loose to allow instructors to see your form. Tennis shoes and socks are required for TRX classes to help prevent injury.
Peloton - *NOT CURRENTLY IN SESSION" PER COVID Wear comfortable workout apparel which is fit and dry to feel good while workout . You could also wear weighted clothing also to get more benefit from your workout. Bring plug in earphones and shoes (athletic shoes OR clip in cycle shoes), Please bring your own towel and ear buds. Keep a water bottle close to you and stay hydrated by drinking water in short breaks while workout to avoid any kind of avid muscle pain or exhaustion. In short... stay hydrated!
