If you are new to Pilates Reformer or TRX, you may join any Group Class. We teach our classes to all levels, but we DO have some Beginner/Basic Classes for Pilates on the schedule if you would rather start there! New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before their class or appointment to let us help you get acquainted with the studio and to fill out new client forms.
You may also request a Private Pilates Session (as available) before joining the group reformer classes. We currently have a waitlist for Private Sessions, please call or email us to join the list! All clients should arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class to help us stay on schedule and start class on time.We provide water, & towels. Pilates Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, if possible something that is not too loose to allow instructors to see your form. Shoes and socks are not needed for Pilates. Pilates socks with grip are recommended over bare feet - we sell many styles and brands at Flux.
TRX Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, if possible something that is not too loose to allow instructors to see your form. Tennis shoes and socks are required for TRX classes to help prevent injury.
Peloton Wear comfortable workout apparel which is fit and dry to feel good while workout . You could also wear weighted clothing also to get more benefit from your workout. Bring plug in earphones and shoes (athletic shoes OR clip in cycle shoes), We provide towels so you can keep keep the sweat under control while on the workout. Keep a water bottle close to you and stay hydrated by drinking water in short breaks while workout to avoid any kind of avid muscle pain or exhaustion. In short... stay hydrated!
